All prices are per week (in Euro dollars and US dollars) and include linens, water, electricity and gas. A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $150 (US) security deposit that is refundable 45 days after departure less charges due owner (less cleaning fee and damages over and above the normal wear and tear). No pets allowed.
